We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Alpha Multibrand Electronics. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Returns & Refunds policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided
• The item is not listed under the non-returnable category below

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Products that have been installed, used, or modified
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or power surge
• Products without original packaging or missing accessories
• Perishable or consumable goods

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an inspection, and depending on the outcome, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable
• Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, at your preference
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value (with the difference paid). Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact our team to arrange an exchange.
