At Alpha Multibrand Electronics, we are committed to delivering your electronics safely and on time. Please read our delivery information carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to locations across Lagos State and nationwide within Nigeria. Delivery availability to specific locations may vary. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before ordering.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Lagos (within the island and mainland): 1–3 business days
• Other Lagos locations: 2–5 business days
• Other states within Nigeria: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, logistics constraints, or public holidays.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Exact delivery costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Free delivery is available on orders above ₦2,000,000 within eligible Lagos locations (terms and conditions apply)
• Bulky items (e.g. refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners) may attract additional handling fees

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via phone or email with your delivery details. You can also contact our customer support team to get an update on your order status.

6. Delivery of Large Appliances

For large appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, and generators, our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the item.

Please note: Installation services are not included in the delivery unless specifically arranged and agreed upon in advance.

7. Failed or Missed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one was available to receive the order, we will contact you to reschedule. A re-delivery fee may apply.

8. Damaged Items on Delivery

Please inspect your item at the point of delivery before signing off. If you notice any visible damage, do not accept the item and contact us immediately. Once accepted and signed for, the item will be treated under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
