These Sale Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Alpha Multibrand Electronics website (www.alphamultibrandelectronics.com.ng) and in-store. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- Alpha Multibrand Electronics is a registered electronics retailer operating in Lagos, Nigeria.
- All prices displayed on our website are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices, product listings, and these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment is required before order dispatch unless a prior arrangement has been made.
- We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and approved payment gateways.
- We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
4. Promotions & Discounts
- Promotional prices, discount codes, and sale offers are valid for the specified period only.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- Alpha Multibrand Electronics reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time.
- Sale prices apply only to available stock. No rain checks will be offered.
5. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us (via email or WhatsApp). Receipt of an automated acknowledgement does not constitute a binding contract.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at the details below.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Multibrand Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
